Welcome to the Chesapeake Wood Pellets website. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of chesapeakewoodpellets.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use this Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could harm its performance or security, and you may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
2. Orders and Services
The Site lets you request pellet deliveries, pickups, and business accounts. Submitting a form is a request, not a completed order: orders and accounts are confirmed by our team, and availability, timing, and pricing are finalized when we confirm with you directly. Information on the Site about products, pricing, services, coverage areas, and timing is provided as a general guide and may change without notice.
Home delivery is curbside only, with a whole-pallet minimum, and requires advance scheduling. Delivery is available only within our stated Maryland service area. Our team places pallets at the curb, driveway, or garage-door area where conditions allow; delivery does not include placement inside any home, garage, shed, or other structure. All sales are final; we do not offer returns or buybacks of delivered pellets.
3. Payments
The Site does not process payments. Payment is collected at pickup or delivery, using the payment methods we confirm with you when your order is scheduled.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, images, graphics, text, and layout, is the property of Chesapeake Wood Pellets or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Site without prior written consent.
5. Third-Party Trademarks and Links
The Site may display names or logos of third parties, including O’Malley Power Pellets, which remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond our role as an authorized dealer, unless specifically stated. The Site may also link to websites we do not own or control, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or reliability of the Site, and we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chesapeake Wood Pellets will not be liable for damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
